Welcome




This is my blog for all things Fitness! I started getting into fitness and eating well back in 2013. I've since carried it on and feel fantastic about myself.

Heres my before and after:

First picture was in 2010 just after i had my second child. The second picture is about 4 weeks ago now and ive since lost a few pounds. I currently weigh 10.9stone,I go to a body building gym and i also partake in pole fitness (if you haven't tried it you must!) be warned its very addictive! 
I've started this blog to talk about different methods of exercise, recipes, fitness fashion and all things related to fitness. I hope you really enjoy it! 


This isn't just about me i love hearing fitness and weight loss stories so if you got one you'd love to share id be happy to hear it. Heard of a new fitness class? Id love to try it!
